2009 Husqvarna WR300 is not only a transformation kit which bigger than the predecessor WR 250 but also a perfect replica of the winning machine raced by Seb Guillaume in Class 3 of the Enduro World Championship series. This lightweight bike's knobby tires and floaty suspension are difficult to manage on the road, but a dream in the dirt. It takes serious discipline not to power slide the rear end in the dirt at low speeds, but when you've gathered enough velocity and need that extra bit of power to get you up a hill or out of a rut, the RXV always delivers. Equally unflappable is the suspension, which offers enough cushion for large surface irregularities and jumps. Ergonomics-wise, the RXV 5.5 is as intensely focused as its powerful engine; the narrow seat is a stratospheric 39.2 inches tall, and the rider's forward position puts the onus on precision, as the rear brake and the 5-speed shifter is a foot's twitch away.

Overall, the Aprilia RXV 5.5 is a tremendously capable offroad bike, and no doubt a handful for most riders.

1974 Husqvarna 250CR por The Yankee Guido, from huskyclub

1974 was again a milestone year for the leader of motocross competition motorcycles. The "Mag 250" was Husqvarna's ability to market to the public a true "works" caliber motorcycle. The "Mag 250" had an all magnesium engine case, reed valve intake, new swing arm with shocks moved foward, built in silencer on the expansion chamber, + more. This bike is still one of the most sought after AHRMA competition motocross bikes. It is both strikingly beautiful and quite a performer in the Sportsman classes.

This MK series Husky was the first year for the magnesium alloy, reed valve 250 engine. This model was an immediate success in the hands of privateers. Light and powerful, this model was more along the lines of of a true ultimate works motocross model that had been exclusive to 63-68 models. Mag 250 had the shock position on the swing arm moved foward, a newer generation expansion chamber with built in silencer, white plastic fenders, Akront alloy rims, and small front hub.

1988 Honda CR250. When this bike came out, that low slung expansion chamber was cutting edge for MX bikes. This was considered a big leap forward in bike design that was soon used by all the manufacturers. It helped to lower the center of gravity, which is very critical to the handling of the bike.

Suzuki introduced its first motocross model during the 60's. It was a yellow 250 cc motorcycle. In 1970, they won their first 250 cc World Championship.
Since then, Suzuki has always been a major player in the motocross scene. Nowadays, riders mounted on Suzuki motocross bikes are still winning some of the most important races in the world and the motorcycles are still yellow...

1986 Honda CR250R Motocross Bike
This is 1986 Honda CR250 that brought back from the old time. Still a very relevant motocross bike for an amateur rider.
